Welcome to CraftyTask ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or purchasing any course on craftytask.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All courses, materials, quizzes, and content on this Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Professional certification or licensing
  • A guarantee of examination success or employment
  • An accredited degree or formal qualification

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions and your institution's protocols for laboratory procedures.

2. No Affiliation with Regulatory Bodies

CraftyTask is an independent, unofficial educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

  • CAMLPR (Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators)
  • CSMLS (Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science)
  • Any other regulatory, certification, or licensing body

Any reference to exam content is based on publicly available competency profiles and the instructor's personal experience.

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Passing any examination (including CAMLPR, CSMLS, or equivalent)
  • Obtaining employment or career advancement
  • Specific learning outcomes or skill acquisition
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site

Your results depend on your own effort, background, and circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, videos, quizzes, images, and course structure — is the intellectual property of CraftyTask and is protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell any course content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use course content to create competing products

You may download course materials for your personal, non-commercial study use only.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the course on our platform (not your literal lifetime). We guarantee a minimum of 24 months of access from purchase date.
  • Prices are subject to change. Existing subscribers receive 30 days' notice before any price increase.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course. To request a refund, email nep@nepvenn.com with your order details. No refunds are issued after 7 days or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftyTask and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content — including but not limited to exam failure, employment decisions, or reliance on course information.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
