How to Return an Item

Package Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Ship the Item

Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Return Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Items damaged by misuse or accident

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Credit to your account: 5-7 business days total
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Options:

  • Same item in different size/color
  • Different item of equal or lesser value
  • Store credit for the amount of the original purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

What to Do:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact customer service with your order number and photos
  3. We'll arrange for a free return and replacement
  4. Replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days
